Select a useful task and a small group who can evaluate it. Document the intended benefit, the information involved and who will review the work.
Agree rules before scaling
Define approved tools, information boundaries, access responsibilities and review expectations. Train staff to recognise sensitive information and to ask for guidance when a use case is unclear.
Learn from the pilot
Review the quality of outputs, the time spent checking them and any unexpected issues. Adjust the workflow and guidance before making the tool part of a wider process.
